Eway facilitates activities focused on Environmental Sustainability, Women's Entrepreneurship, Arts & Humanities, and Youth Development. Our outreach also includes providing social services for veterans, people with various abilities, and aging adults. Monon House Farms is our urban market garden in Indianapolis which provides fresh eggs, produce, and poultry.

Eway Foundation was born in 2010 out of Eway Entertainment Group. "The World's First Nonprofit Entertainment Company." We helped countless creatives retain 100% ownership of their intellectual properties.

Since inception, the goal of the organization has been to serve as a change agent in the community. Our areas of focus are Environment, Women, Art, and Youth. Hence, "Eway." Since the beginning, our mission has been to facilitate programs and services that empower participants.

Our mission is to create a culture of peace through the arts and humanities. This is achieved through the organization of community-based events and activities; highlighting creativity, engagement, and conservation.

Eway has served more than five-hundred thousand beneficiaries through peace and environmental education, youth development, and women empowerment activities. "In 2022, our motto is, "BUILDING A Culture Of Peace."

Staff Directory

Executive Director, Darren Bunton: Mr. Bunton has served in a leadership role since the organization's inception. He earned a bachelor's degree from Marian University in Indianapolis and studied Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Walden University. Since 2010, Darren has been integral in expanding the reach of Eway and its beneficiaries.

Director of Human Services, Martha Kravitz: Ms. Kravitz manages programs, projects, and partnerships, as well as serves as liaison between participants, Board Members, and stakeholders. She brings to the team a wealth of knowledge in Human Resources and Public Relations. Before joining Eway Marti worked as an administrative executive in occupational health.
